What is Herocare? Herocare is a non-profit dedicated to addressing the housing and financial needs of essential service workers across the United States.
Who is eligible for membership into Herocare? All Retired and Active Employees of:
Anyone who is now retired and who previously served in one of the above careers is eligible.
I fit the eligibility requirements, how do I become a member? Click here to register to become a Herocare member.
How much does it cost to become a Herocare member? Community professionals and businesses fund Herocare and allow us to offer eligible employees a free membership.
How do I get a Herocare Rewards Card? Right now, plastic membership cards are only available in select counties (Florida: Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Sarasota — California: Alameda and Contra Costa). If you live in one of these areas, please contact your HR department and request a card. If they don't have one available, click here to print your card. An online printable version of the Rewards card is in development for our other areas and we hope to have that available during the summer.
How do I activate my Herocare Rewards Card? If you received a plastic membership card, but have not signed up to be a member, please click here to register and begin searching for discounts in our Community Resource Directory. If you registered to get a plastic card and then received it, no further activation is required.
What do I do if I forgot the email address I used to create my Herocare registration? Please contact our Helpline at 877.437.6411.
How do I view the businesses that offer discounts with the Herocare Rewards Card?
